Abstract:
To provide a lighting device that can sufficiently radiate heat from an LED light source.
The lighting device includes LED modules 2, a power supply part 6 which supplies electric current to the LED modules 2, and a heat radiation tube 18 which houses the power supply part 6 inside and radiates heat from the LED modules 2. A plurality of fins 19 which are exposed to the outside of a lighting device body are installed at an outer periphery of the heat radiation tube 18, and a ventilation passage surrounded by these fins 19 and the heat radiation tube 18 is formed. A frame 41 is installed at one end of the heat radiation tube 18, and slits 41d which are connected to the ventilation passage are formed in the frame 41.
