PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination device and lighting fixture, capable of suppressing power consumption.SOLUTION: The illumination device includes: a first lighting device which is connected with a DC power supply and generates a voltage supplied to a light source by turning on and off a first switching element; a second lighting device which is connected with a DC power supply and generates a voltage supplied to a light source by turning on and off the second switching element.
