Abstract:
A heat dissipation device (1) is provided with a case (2), a heating element (5) disposed in the interior of the case (2), and a planar heat pipe (4) for transferring the heat generated from the heating element (5) to the case (2), wherein the planar heat pipe (4) has a heat-receiving part and a heat-discharging part, comes into contact with the heating element (5) at the heat-receiving part so as to transfer heat, comes into contact with the case (2) at the heat-discharging part so as to transfer heat, and is separated from the case at sections other than the heat-discharging part.
