Abstract:
To effectively suppress a rush current flowing into an incandescent lamp without consuming a useless electric power.
The incandescent lamp 12 and MOSFET14 are connected in series against a power supply, and a capacitor 164 is connected between a gate G of the MOSFET14 and the reference potential, and electric charge is made to be gradually accumulated in this capacitor 164, thereby the voltage level of the control signal supplied to the gate G is made to become gradually larger.
