The lighting stand includes: a base table 11 which is composed of a base plate 12 that builds in a power conversion part which can convert power supplied from an external power supply or a built-in battery into an appropriately applied power and a pillar part 13; and a light-emitting part 21 consisting of an organic EL panel 20 which is supported at the top end of an arm part 14 capable of changing its irradiation direction, is supported along a panel heat-radiation part 16 and emits light capable of dimming control by the supplied power from the power conversion part.
