Title:
LIGHTING SYSTEM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH11233269
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To prevent the variation of illuminance near the border of the other side from becoming large when the illuminance of one of adjacent luminaires is changed.

The illuminance of a work surface illuminated by an illumination load 2 is sensed by illuminance sensors 3, 3a and a control part 4 executes feedback control over the optical output of the illumination load 2 such that the sensed illuminance by the illuminance sensors 3, 3a is kept at set illuminance. When turning off is directed in either one of adjacent luminaires 1a, 1b, the turning off is notified to the other one of the luminaires 1a, 1b through a signal line Ls. In the other one of the luminaires 1a, 1b, the illuminance variation on the work surface in response to the turning off of the one of the luminaires 1a, 1b is recovered in a short period of time by enhancing the responsiveness to the feedback control.
