Abstract:
To provide a lightning protection grounding device capable of reducing a management cost as well as prevent a lightning strike against an electric facility provided to an oceanic structure.SOLUTION: A lightning protection grounding device for a lightning protection of an oceanic structure provided to ocean, comprises: an electric ground that is connected to an electric facility provided to the oceanic structure and is grounded in sea; a lightning protection ground that is grounded in sea so as to be connected to the oceanic structure, and that is connected to the electric ground in parallel; and reactor that includes a loop coil in which a loop unit is wound by eight windings or larger between the electric ground and the electric facility. The reactor generates resistance on the basis of a lightning current entering into the electric ground from the lightning protection ground at the time of lightning, the electric facility is protected by reducing the lightning current entering it into the electric facility from the electric ground, and the lightning current is discharged to sea through the lightning protection ground.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
