Abstract:
To provide a method where stains becoming a problem on appearance quality do no deposit on an ALC panel upon autoclave cure.SOLUTION: A method for producing a lightweight cellular concrete panel comprises: a step where raw material slurry is made to flow into a flask previously disposed with a reinforcing steel 1 suspended by a bearing bar 2a, and curing is performed while foaming the same to create a semi-cured body A; and a step where the obtained semi-cured body A is subjected to extraction of the bearing bar 2a and cutting, and then, autoclave cure is performed, in which, to the semi-cured body A before the autoclave cure, against the opening part of a pin hole C generated by the extraction of the bearing bar 2a, a columnar member 12 with an outside diameter higher than the inside diameter thereof is pressed to clog the opening part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
