Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a flame-retardant resin composition capable of providing such lightweight and high-strength extrusion molding as to exceed 100 in a value obtained by subtracting flexural strength of hardened molding with square of density.
CONSTITUTION: This lightweight flame-retardant resin composition for extrusion molding consists of 35-50wt.% powdery synthetic resin emulsion, 10-20wt.% cement, 8-25wt.% perlite, 0.8-1.0wt.% hydroxyalkylalkylcellulose being ≥15000cP in viscosity of 2% aqueous solution at 20°C, 2-4wt.% pulp fiber and 20-30wt.% water.
