Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a lightweight ship's hull prevented from being broken, by a method wherein a ship's hull is formed from a lightweight material such as foamed polystyrene, a plate is adhered onto the top face thereof, and an outer profile part of the hull is adheringly covered with a cloth.
CONSTITUTION: The ship's hull is formed from a lightweight material 2 such as foamed polystyrene, the plate 1 is adhered onto the top face thereof, and the outer profile part thereof is adheringly covered with the cloth 4. Accordingly, a lightweight ship's hull can be obtained which is prevented from being broken even when colliding against a rock or a drift body, as compared with a rubber boat and a cloth made boat.
