Abstract:
PURPOSE: To realize the alternate effect of a control element and a blocking element with a simple constitution by a method wherein the control element is formed of magnets while the control elements are arranged relatively with respect to mutual carts so that the blocking element can move a shopping cart to a position between a blocking position and an opening position when the shopping cart is pushed into the operating area of a magnetic field.
CONSTITUTION: In a limiting device for the row of shopping carts equipped with a controlling element 30 and a blocking element 40 as auxiliary means, an external permanent magnet 30 is arranged at the terminal end of the row of shopping carts as the control element. Then, contactless alternate effect is generated between the blocking element 40 of a coin system 20 and only an opened (available) condition and a blocking (non available) condition can be set. Accordingly, operable condition exists in only the area of row of shopping carts by effecting a positioning and the determination of sizes corresponding to the structural part.
