A secure container provided with sales condition information (UCP) for setting sales conditions between the user devices of the contents is constituted. The UCP is provided with UCP generation management information as the upper limit information of the number of times of serial contents distribution between the user devices. The user device which purchases the container generates use control information (UCS) including UCS generation management information for setting the number of times of the contents distribution and stores it in a memory. When utilizing the contents, the condition confirmation processing of the UCS generation management information is executed, the inter-generation distribution of the contents is made possible only when satisfying the condition and the contents distribution in the case that the number of times of the distribution exceeds an upper limit is made impossible.
