To provide a line connection system, an apparatus, and a communication method which simultaneously measures the number of proper arrival times of transmission information at a party station from own station, the number of non-arrival times because of line troubles, etc., the number of proper arrival times of transmission information at own station from the party station, and the number of non-arrival times because of line troubles, etc.
A plurality of line connection apparatuses are connected through communication lines to transmit/receive transmission information having the number of retry times representing the number of retransmission times.
