Abstract:
PURPOSE: To decide a path based on an allowable line utilizing rate and a line selection order decided in advance at the selection of a path to a called exchange.
CONSTITUTION: Upon the receipt of a call request from a terminal equipment 30 to a terminal equipment 31, an exchange 10 selects paths 1, 2, 3 capable of being connected to an exchange 12. The exchange 10 compares a current real line utilizing rate with a predetermined allowable line utilizing rate, selects a connectable path and the connected path is decided according to the priority of each path decided in advance.
