Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear actuation machine provided with a drop prevention mechanism capable of preventing the drop of a driven screw shaft receiving a load when a drive nut is broken.
SOLUTION: A drop prevention nut 9 is engaged with a driven screw shaft 6 to be adjacent to a drive nut 5, a radially protruded shear pin 10 is fixed to either the drive nut 5 or the drop prevention nut 9 in an overhang condition, and a shear pin guide groove S in an axial direction in which the protruded end side of the shear pin 10 is slidably engaged is formed in the other. Regularly, a load is not applied to the drop prevention nut 9, but a thrust load applied on the driven screw shaft 6 is supported by the drive nut 5. When a thread of the drive nut 5 is broken to start drop of the driven screw shaft 6, the drop protective nut is displaced to the drive nut 5, and the shear pin 10 is applied to an end part of the shear pin guide groove S to be broken, so the drop prevention nut 9 is applied to a housing side member to be supported, thereby drop of the driven screw shaft 6 is prohibited.
