Abstract:
To enhance the positioning accuracy of a linear actuator using magnetic screws.
A magnetic female-screw magnet layer 5a is disposed inside a magnet 3 rotating by a driving current flowing into a coil 11. An output shaft 6 having a magnetic male-screw magnet layer 7 on the circumference is disposed inside the magnetic female-screw magnet layer 5a with a space. The ratio of the width of the magnetic pole of a spiral structure constituting the magnetic female-screw magnet layer 5a and the width of the magnetic pole of a spiral structure constituting the magnetic male-screw magnet layer 7 is set to be twice or more.
