Abstract:
PURPOSE: To detect a winding abnormality such as riding or skipping when a cable is wound in regular winding.
CONSTITUTION: The winding state of a cable is captured as a static image, the position lower than the highest point H of a cable section on the image by d/x is set as the monitoring line M, and the winding point and the winding state are judged from the bright/dark pattern on the monitoring line M, where (d) is the cable diameter on the image, and (x) is an optional numerical value.
