Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear guide device that when two or more connected guide rails are used in a longitudinal direction, a slider can pass through a guide rail seam smoothly even in a case where core deviation occurs in the seam between the guide rails.SOLUTION: The rigidity in a core deviation direction in a seam part and in the vicinity thereof is decreased by providing a lightening part at the seam part of a guide rail, and the seam part of the guide rail can be elastically deformed in the core deviation direction at the time of pass of a slider. Consequently, the core deviation of the guide rail seam is absorbed, and the slider can be passed smoothly.
