Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear motion guide device in which a lubricant can be supplied to a rolling element without blocking a movement of a slider body and without being an obstacle in a space nearby the slider body.SOLUTION: A rolling element 4 circulating inside a slider body 3 rolls between the slider body 3 and a guide rail 2, and then the slider body 3 straddling the guide rail 2 moves along the guide rail 2. A lubricant receiving port 9 for supplying a lubricant G to the rolling element 4 through a lubricant supply path 12 in the slider body 3 is provided at a moving-directional end of the slider body 3, and a lubricant tank 13 having a lubricant supply port 14 on which the lubricant receiving port 9 abuts as the slider body 3 moves is arranged at a preset position in a moving direction of the slider body 3. The a lubricant supply mechanism is provided which allows a lubricant G in the lubricant tank 13 to be supplied from the lubricant supply port 14 to the lubricant receiving port 9 when the lubricant receiving port 9 is pressed against the lubricant supply port 14 as the slider body 3 moves.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
