Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce driving energy to linearly reciprocate a linear reciprocating body.SOLUTION: A linear motion variable rigidity unit 1 has a linear motion-rotation conversion mechanism 10 having a screw shaft member 12 (linear motion input/output portion) and a nut 13 (rotary motion input/output portion), a variable rigidity mechanism 36 having a spiral spring 30 (elastic body) connected to a nut, a rigidity variable actuator 50 connected to the variable rigidity mechanism, a control device 60 for controlling the rigidity variable actuator, and a table support 120 (supporting member) for supporting the linear motion conversion mechanism, the variable rigidity mechanism and the rigidity variable actuator. The spiral spring accumulates input energy from a reciprocating table 130 (linear reciprocating body) through the linear motion-rotation conversion mechanism. The spiral spring releases the accumulation energy accumulated by itself, toward the reciprocating table through the linear motion-rotation conversion mechanism.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
