Abstract:
To prevent deformation caused by suction force of a permanent magnet provided in a void and to improve efficiency and reliability by reduction of void amount, related to efficiency, reliability, and cost of a linear motor.
An outer yoke 21 comprises three magnetic poles formed by stacking tin plates of high permeability with a coil 29 wound around a magnetic pole 27 at the center. Permanent magnets 40 and 41 are disposed with a void against the magnetic pole. An inner yoke 30 is formed by stacking thin plates of high permeability. An output shaft 52 is secured to the inner yoke 30 to which the permanent magnet is fitted.
