Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more precisely maintain the characteristics of a linear motor by efficiently cooling the heat, which is generated when the linear motor is driven.
SOLUTION: A linear motor cooling device is composed of a blower provided on the outside of a linear motor, at least one or more supply pipes 3 laid on prescribed parts of a stator 52, and vent holes 4 which are respectively connected to the pipes 3 and guide flow-in air flows. The supply pipes 3 are respectively provided with control valves, so as to adjust the quantities of the flow-in air flows.
