Abstract:
To enhance productivity and reliability, by easily forming a smooth cylindrical form of a linear motor.
The productivity can be enhanced because the smooth cylindrical form can be formed, and also the reliability can be enhanced by preventing contact with a mobile magnet, by equipping the linear motor with a cylindrical outer yoke 8 where a thin plate 9 high in permeability is bent repeatedly for stacking circumferentially.
