Abstract:
PURPOSE: To protect a film from being damaged by corona by mixing powder material of at least one kind among chromium oxide, iron oxide, and metallic phthalocyanine with a specified specific resistivity in a film in a sufficient quantity. CONSTITUTION: A non-deformable film of a linear organic polymer contains a powder filler of chromium oxide (Cr2 O3 ), iron oxide (Fe2 P3 ), metallic phthalocyanine 6, with a specific resistivity of 10<4> -10<8> Ωcm or a mixture of at least two kinds of substances among the above. Further, the quantity of the poweder filler is taken to be such a content as to occupy at least 10% of the total volume of the organic polymer and the powder filler. In the case of using such conductor, it is possible to make an insulator thinner than that in the case of using the well-known corona-resisting conductor insulator and a protector for the corona in the periphery of the conductor, so that further much conductor material can be incorporated in the coil and further great power can be obtained in a certain mechanical capacity.
