PURPOSE: To obtain a unit having simple structure, low frictional resistance and non- oriented vibration isolating function by arranging a sliding bearing element, which is made of low friction material, through an elastic element composed of a bag, which is made of an elastic substance and contains pressurized fluid or gelled substance tightly, on a mounting surfaces of the sliding guide unit.
CONSTITUTION: A slider 8 made of low friction material is arranged on the mounting surface 6 of a slide unit 5, which faces to the upper face 2 and two side surfaces 3, 4 of a track rail 1, through an elastic element 7. The shape of the surface of the slider 8 is formed so as to coincide with the respective surfaces 2 to 4 of the track rail 1. In addition, projections 10 are provided so as to coincide with the rails 9 for the family of rollers. An elastic element 7 is composed of a bag 11 made of elastic material, in which sealing material 12, e.g., fluid like air or gelled substance and the like is pushed and sealed. The elastic element 7 is kept in close contact with the mounting surface 6 and the back surface of the slider 8. Consequently, it is possible to obtain an excellent braking function and vibration isolating function without deteriorating smoothness of the sliding action, and to set these functions to required values.
