Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linen dryer having an exhaust heat recovery function capable of recovering only thermal energy in the exhaust air from the dryer and reusing it efficiently.SOLUTION: In a linen dryer 1 which rolls the washed washing put into a rotating drum 3 and heats and dries it by the hot air from a steam heater 5, a heat exchanger 6 is disposed which communicates an air supply passage for supplying air to the drum through the steam heater and an exhaust air passage in which the air is exhausted from the drum to the outside, and which allows heat circulation of a sealed heat transfer medium in the air supply passage and the exhaust air passage.
