Title:
LINING CLOTH FOR SHOES
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH06261803
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide the lining cloth for clothing and shoes with which the evaporator of fiber layers, used for the lining cloth, cleans the skin and its drug effect acts while the evaporator is ventilated.

CONSTITUTION: Woven fabrics or nonwoven fabrics consisting of blended fibers or independent fibers of mugwort fibers finished by activators or by hand rubbing and medical plant fibers, or battik fabrics which consist of conventional fibers dyed with drugs, such as mugwort and medical plants and which are formed by blending or sticking of the conventional fibers according to the utilization situations of market conditions, or finished fabrics by leasching plant dyeing are coated with resin (resins for fiber finishing and impregnating agents for fibers, etc.), and the coated surfaces are provided with capillary pores so as to enable the evaporation of the drugs impregnated in the fibers, and are irradiated with gamma rays. Such fabrics are lined to the ventilatable clothing. The drugs contained in the fibers are evaporated from the pores and are ventilated while the vapor thereof comes into contact with the skin by the working pressure, such as the temp. of the skin or beating of motion. The local parts of the shoes where the lining cloth is stuck are provided with grooves 1, 11 and valves 5, 51 act in the positions where the suction groove 1 is connected to a sheeting 6. The air pressure of a balloon 4 is transmitted to the sheeting 6, remains in the chamber and is circulated from the ventilation groove 11. The sheeting 6 is placed in a bag-shaped air chamber and the working air pressure of the balloon 4 inserted in the position of a heel B or a porous rubber-like valve is transmitted through the sheeting 6 in the position c of the heal bottom C. The evaporator of the drugs are ventilated while cleaning the foot skin.
