Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent lining layer from separaion by a structure wherein the top of a junction boundary surface with lining material is sharply overhung to the surface of the shaft and as well as the junction boundary surface area is increased by plastically working of metal material. CONSTITUTION:The top of the junction boundary surface 4 between a ring 2A and the rubber lining layer 3 is sharply overhung to the surface of the shaft 1 and the area of the junction boundary surfaces 4 and 5a per unit length of the shaft is increased by sharpening the inclination angles of the junction boundary surface 4 and of a dovetail groove 5 so much as to the order of 30 deg.. Owing to the structure as described above, the separation of the lining layer from the corrosion resisting metal material can be prevented.
