PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide lipid nanoparticle compositions that can encapsulate therapeutic oligonucleotides and fulfill physical and biological criteria for efficacious delivery.SOLUTION: A lipid nanoparticle composition includes a cationic liposome, a targeting agent, and a hyper-cationized albumin-polycation conjugate.
