To provide a lipid vesicle hard to be captured by phagocyte and effective as a carrier in DDS enabling effective chemotherapy, and to provide a method for producing the lipid vesicle, and to let the vesicle have target directivity (missile function) to a target cell.
This lipid vesicle is composed of a sorbitan ester membrane and a PEG lipid bearing a lipid derivative adhered to the membrane. Thus, this lipid vesicle can avert the cynorexia by phagocyte by the aid of the high hydrophilicity of the PEG lipid. Further, this lipid vesicle can be afforded with the target directivity to a target cell by the aid of an antibody bound to protein A and having IAOE (isothiocyanic acid octadecyl ester) as lipid anchor serving to bind the protein A to the vesicle lipid membrane and assuming a posture- controlled form on the vesicle surface.
