Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a lipstick forming device for automatically manufacturing lipsticks, preventing scratches on the lipstick main body so that consistent quantity production of high quality lipsticks can be achieved.
CONSTITUTION: A rotary plate unit 20 is to be rotated intermittently and a rotary supply plate unit 30 is to be rotated continuously. A cylindrical mold is supplied to the rotary plate unit 20 and tightly stuck to the bushing plate of the upper rotary plate. After a silicone parting agent is applied inside the mold from a sprayer 50, the raw material of a lipstick is injected into the mold by an injector 55, and the material in the mold is cooled and hardened. The mold with the hardened lipstick main body in it is moved downward to be issued. The issued mold is inserted into a surface processor 70, and transported on a conveyer 75. And the lipstick main body is heated with infrared rays irradiated from infrared ray irradiators 80, 80'. After that, silicone is applied on the lipstick main body from the sprayer while the mold, etc., is rotated.
