Abstract:
To provide a liquefaction device and a liquefaction method for organic substances for liquefying the organic substances and utilizing the organic substances as a resource, that can downsize the device and can easily procure raw materials by not specifying a type of the organic substances.SOLUTION: The liquefaction device and the liquefaction method for the organic substances comprises: drying the organic substances in a pre-drying chamber 1 in advance before thermal decomposition; storing temporarily dried organic substances in a storage chamber 2 for temporary supply to a thermal decomposition chamber 3; decomposing thermally the dried organic substances into gas containing at least a hydrocarbon or a hydrocarbon oxide in the thermal decomposition chamber 3; separating the gas, solid or the like containing at least hydrocarbons or hydrocarbon oxides generated in the thermal decomposition chamber 3 in a powder/granular material separation chamber 4; collecting the solid or the like separated in the powder/granular material separation chamber 4 in a powder/granular material recovery chamber 5; cooling the gas containing at least hydrocarbons or hydrocarbon oxides separated in the powder/granular material separation chamber 4 to divide the liquid having different volatility by rectification in a fractional distillation tower 6; and heat-exchanging waste heat of the fractional distillation tower 6 by the heat exchanger 7 to use as a heat source of the pre-drying chamber 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
