Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquefaction determination method capable of easily determining liquefaction by accurately calculating liquefaction resistance ratio using a small number of constants without carrying out boring survey or sampling, etc.SOLUTION: The liquefaction determination method includes: a drilling and measurement step in which, after drilling a survey hole into a surveying ground by rotating a drilling tool attached to the front end of a rod of a drilling machine, a load and a torque applied to the drilling tool during drilling, and a half rotational speed are measured; and a liquefaction determination step in which a liquefaction resistance ratio is calculated from the load, the torque applied to the drilling tool, and the half rotational speed which are measured in the drilling and measurement step, and the effective overburden pressure of the surveying ground, and based on which the safety factor to the liquefaction is determined.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
