Title:
LIQUEFIED GAS OPENING/CLOSING VALVE CONSTRUCTION BODY
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3658989
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent liquefied gas from vaporizing due to inflow of heat and prevent gas-liquid mixing by gas-liquid separation if vaporized gas exists in one part by providing a needle pentrating a feed passage and a feed tank, and surrounding the outside of a flow passage from a valve to a nozzle with liquefied gas.
SOLUTION: In this construction in which nitrogen bubbles generated by vaporization steel out to the upper part of a tank, in a feed stop state of closing a valve, liquid nitrogen is discharged in a feed passage on the lower stream of the valve so that the passage is filled with gas containing open air, but the upper part of a discharge pipe 2-2 is surrounded with a cylindrical member 2-4 to form a cooling chamber 7 filled with liquid nitrogen, and hence the discharge pipe is kept at far lower temperature than the open air temperature. When bubbles are generated in the liquid nitrogen in the cooling chamber 7, gas rises in the liquid, but a funnel-shaped bubble deflecting member 5 is continuously connected to a valve seat 4, hence generated gas is led close to the pipe wall of the cylindrical member 2-2 by the bubble deflecting member 5, and it does not flow in the valve part on the center part.
