A viscosity measuring device 70 is provided with a cylinder 41 for introducing liquid stored in a container 1, a plunger 42 disposed movably in the cylinder 41, an electromagnetic coil 43 for moving the plunger 42, and a plunger detecting device 45 for detecting the position of the plunger 42. The viscosity measuring device 70 computes the time from the start of moving the plunger 42 driven by the electromagnetic coil 43 until the detection of the position of the plunger 42 with the plunger detecting device 45 and controls a condensed liquid supply device 81 or a diluted liquid supply device 82 to supply diluted liquid or condensed liquid to the container 1 based on the computed result.
