To stabilize feeding of a liquid agent to a sealing part and sealing the sealing part after a substance to be sealed is encapsulated and to stabilize a condition of adhesion after sealing in relation to a liquid agent feeding apparatus for feeding the liquid agent for adhesion to the sealing part in a case when the specified substance to be sealed is encapsulated in a sealing body and sealing is performed by adhering the sealing part.
When water 19 is fed to an adhesive 24 which is applied on a sealing flap 23 of the sealing body 21 and becomes adhesive by giving water from a water feeding nozzle 14, in accordance with a capillary phenomenon of water 19 in the apex part of the nozzle, to keep the water 19 under a holding condition and above the apex of the nozzle, the water level of a water feeding part 12 is controlled by feeding from a storage tank 16 by means of a water level detecting part 15, a pump 17 and a driving control part 18.
