Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the surface strength, internal bond strength and sizing effect of paper in balanced state.
CONSTITUTION: The objective liquid agent contains an aqueous solution of an acrylamide resin composition produced by reacting (A) an acrylamide compound with (B) an anionic vinyl monomer in the presence of (C) at least one kind of resin selected from styrene-acrylic acid resin, styrene-acrylic acid-acrylic acid ester resin, styrene-maleic acid resin, styrene-maleic acid-maleic acid half- ester resin, (di)isobutylene-maleic acid resin and (di)isobutylene-maleic acid-maleic acid half-ester resin and (D) a urea compound.
