A discharge port 23 for discharging the coating liquid and a communication path for connecting the discharge port 23 and the storage part are formed in the coating part 20, and the coating liquid stored in the storage part is pushed out by the extrusion mechanism and discharged from the discharge port via the communication path of the coating part, the coating part 20 being set to have surface roughness Ra of 3 to 300 μm.
