Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the density of a brush bristles with the size of its applying face reduced and to make coating liquid flow out uniformly through the entire area of the brush face by a method wherein the brush bristles is set at the upside of a curved plate expanding in an umbrella shape, and the brush bristles are inclined toward the center while being pressed flatly against the upper wall of a base.
SOLUTION: A spout tube 23 having a spout 22 at its upper end and a curved plate 24 expanding in an umbrella shape toward the outside from the middle part of the spout tube 23 are molded integrally of flexible synthetic resin, and brush bristles 27 are set at the upside of the curved plate 24 so that the face formed of tips of the brush bristles becomes to form a spherical surface resembled to the shape of the surface of the curved plate 24, and thereby a spouting/applying device 12 is formed. With the spouting/coating device 12 mounted on a base 11, the underside of the curved plate 24 is pressed flatly against the upper wall 14 of the base 11, and bristles of the brush 27 are inclined toward the center and the surface formed by the bristle tips becomes horizontal, intensifying the density of the tips at the center of the brush 27. With a cap D removed, a coating member C rises by being urged by a compresses spring and a passage extending from an opening 6 to the spout 22 is formed, and coating liquid flows out uniformly.
