A liquid atomizer includes: a main body case 10 having an air supply port 8 and an exhaustion port 9; a heating means 11 and a blast means 12 provided in an air passage inside the main body case 10; an atomizing means 13 provided between the blast means 12 and the exhaustion port 9. The atomizing means 13 comprises: a liquid storage part 14; an atomization slope 15 opposed to an air blast by the blast means 12 provided so that it comes out of the water surface of the liquid storage part 14; a liquid level raising means 23 for raising the liquid in the liquid storage part 14 up to the atomization slope 15 by air pressure from the blast means 12; and a fine splitting means 21 for performing fine splitting to the atomized liquid generated on the atomization slope 15 provided in the downward of the atomization slope 15.
