Abstract:
To provide a liquid storage cartridge and printer reducing the possibility of floating up in the plug of a liquid container.SOLUTION: A cartridge 30 for housing a liquid container 100, storing a liquid and having a plug 105 comprises a lower case 37 having the opening for housing the liquid container 100, and a cover 36 covering a part of the opening of the lower case 37. The lower case 37 further comprises a front wall 31, and the front wall 31 supports the plug 105 in such a state that the liquid container 100 is housed in the opening. The cover 36 further comprises a side wall 366 regulating a side wall of the cartridge together with the front wall 31 in such a state that the cover 36 covers a part of the opening. Furthermore, the cover 36 comprises the contact parts 366A, 366B provided to the side wall 366. The contact parts 366A, 366B contact the plug 105 in such states that the liquid container 100 is housed in the opening, and the cover 36 covers a part of the opening.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
