Abstract:
PURPOSE:To make it possible to exhibit damping effect against an vibration exciting input in any direction, by providing a plrality of fluid chambers which changes their volumes in accordance with the vibration exciting inputs in directions orthgonal to the axis and the direction of the axis. CONSTITUTION:In a rubber resilient member 17 two of first and second fluid chambers 20a, 20b are formed in a first flat surface B which is orthogonal to the common cylindrical axis (a) of the cylinder 11 and the outer cylinder 16, and further, two of third and forth fluid chambers 20c, 20d are formed in a second flat surface C which is parallel with the first flat surface B. A projection member 18 press-fitted into the cylinder 11 is adapted to change the volume of the fluid chambers when the vibration input is imposed in the axial direction of the cylinder, and furthr, there are provided communication passages for communicating between the first fluid chamber 20a and the fourth fluid chamber 20d and between the second fluid chamber 20b and the third fluid chamber 20c, respectively.
