This flow cell is provided with a body part 11 into which the test solution separated and treated in a column 36 is filled through filling piping 20 while irradiating the filled test solution with UV light, and a piping winding part 12 wound with the filling piping 20. The body part 11 and the filling piping 20 are both formed of resin, and the wall thickness of the filling piping 20 is set to such thickness as to transfer heat between the test solution and the piping winding part 12 in a process of the test solution passing through the piping winding part 12 so as to make the temperature of the test solution and piping winding part 12 substantially the same.
