PURPOSE: To place both a liquid tank and piping consisting of a brine-circulating line so that they are not influenced by the heat from a refrigerantcompressing machine and a condenser, and to surely bleed the air in a circulating pump, by a method wherein a partition board for, above and below, dividing the inside of an outer case has an upper level part and a lower level part, and the liquid tank is placed on the upper level part and the circulating pump, on the lower level part.
CONSTITUTION: An outer case 1 is divided by a partition board 8 into the upper space SA in which a liquid pump 10 and a circulating pump 12 are located and the lower space SB in which a refrigerant-compressing machine 24 and a condenser 25 are located, and hence the liquid tank 10, a pipe line 20, a discharge pipe line 21 and a return pipe line 22 and so on are not influenced by the heat from the refrigerant-compressing machine 24 and the condenser 25. Therefore, the loss of cooling can be reduced and brine can be effectively cooled. The partition board 8 has an upper level part 8A placing and fixing the liquid tank 10, and a lower level part 8B lower than the upper level part 8A. Since the circulating pump 12 is placed on the lower level part 8B, the brine in the liquid tank 10 flows into the circulating pump 12 by a level difference between them and the air in the circulating pump 12 can be surely bled.
