To restrain a liquid from being deposited on a surface contacting with the liquid to enhance out-of-liquid property on the surface.
A composite-plated thin film 9 containing a particle 91 of fluororesin (polytetrafluoro-ethylene) having non-affinity to the liquid in a metal material (nickel) 92, is provided on the surfaces contacting with the liquid of liquid contact components 41, 61, 711, 721, 81 used in contact with the liquid, in an autoanalyzer for measuring a reaction of a specimen liquid mixed with a sample liquid and a reagent liquid. A deposition force, with respect to a liquid molecule, of the composite-plated thin film 9 becomes very low, because the fluororesin is enriched concentratedly in the composite-plated thin film 9, by having the particle 91 of fluororesin adsorbed onto the metal material, when plated. As a result, the liquid is restrained from being deposited on the component surface, as compared with prior art, and by enhancing the out-of-liquid property of the liquid on the surface, and analytical result is prevented from being affected by carry-over and dilution by other liquid, and the like.
