PURPOSE: To improve the cooling effect of a coolant while decreasing a thermal difference between the upper and lower areas of the face part by forming the upper cooling fin part into the shape having a bigger radiating surface area than that of the lower cooling fin part.
CONSTITUTION: A cooling fin 12 made of a metal is fixed to the peripheral part of the face part 1a of a panel 1 with adhesive 3, further a transparent plate 4 is fixed on the cooling fin 12 with adhesive 5, while a coolant 6 is sealed in the space between the face part 1a and the transparent plate 4. And the radiation surface area of the upper cooling fin part 12a is formed bigger than that of the lower cooling fin part 12b. Thereby, a radiation quantity from the upper part becomes bigger than the radiation quantity from the lower part, thus reducing the difference in the temperature rising between the upper-and-lower parts of the face part 1a. Also the coolant 6 whose specific gravity becomes smaller by being heated by the face part 1a is effectively cooled by the upper cooling fin part 12a whose radiation quantity is bigger so as to fall down because its specific gravity becomes bigger. Thereby, the convection of the coolant 6 is promoted while the face part 1a is effectively cooled for reducing the temperature rising of the face part 1a.
