Abstract:
To provide a liquid crystal display device always capable of repairing a disconnection part without incurring reduction of display quality and to provide its manufacturing method.
On a thin film transistor substrate which constitutes the liquid crystal display device, a redundant wiring is formed on a lamination surface other than a pixel electrode so that the redundant wiring is parallel to a disconnected drain wiring via an insulating film. The drain wiring and the redundant wiring are connected to each other via a contact hole formed by connecting the outermost peripheral part to the center part of a display surface.
