Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display element with a built-in touch sensor function that can be easily formed and has an interlayer insulating film with easily controllable dielectric properties, and to provide a radiation-sensitive resin composition forming the interlayer insulating film.SOLUTION: A pixel 30 of a liquid crystal display element 10 includes: a first layer 34, having a TFT 33 and a first common wiring 15-1 on a surface of a first substrate 31 near a liquid crystal layer 32, a second layer 35, having a second common wiring 17-1 and a common electrode 12, and a third layer 38, having a pixel electrode 36 and an interlayer insulating film 37. The interlayer insulating film 37 is an organic film formed using a radiation-sensitive resin composition. In image display, a common voltage is supplied to the common electrode 12 using the second common wiring 17-1. At the usage of the touch sensor function, a change in the capacity between the first common wiring 15-1 and the second common wiring 17-1 is detected so that a touch is detected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
