Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display that can prevent leakage of light.SOLUTION: A liquid crystal display comprises a first substrate, second substrate, and liquid crystal layer, on which a color filter is formed. The first substrate includes a first insulating substrate, first light blocking layer formed on the first insulating substrate, belt-like metal wiring, and belt-like conductive layer. The metal wiring overlaps with the first light blocking layer and scan lines extending in a first direction, extends in the first direction, and has a light blocking property. The conductive layer is connected with the metal wiring, extends in the first direction, and has light permeability.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
