Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal panel which enables high-precision alignment among a transparent substrate constituting the liquid crystal panel and other electronic parts and substrates.
SOLUTION: A liquid crystal panel 10 provided with a transparent substrate 11, where a metallic wiring pattern which electrically controls a liquid crystal material is formed, and a metallic oxide film interposed between the transparent substrate 11 and the metallic wiring pattern is provided with a positioning mark 71 for alignment to a driver IC 50 in an end part mounting side 11A of the transparent substrate 11, and the metallic oxide film is removed to expose the surface of the transparent substrate 11 in an area A in the vicinity of the peripheral edge of the positioning mark 71. Since the transparent substrate 11 is exposed in the area A in the vicinity of the peripheral edge of the positioning mark 71, the boundary part of the positioning mark 71 can be accurately recognized, and the precision of alignment is improved.
